We did not start over.
We chose to continue.
FBSolutions had been operating in industrial automation for more than fifteen years. Mirai Tech was created to continue that experience and make it grow.
In autumn 2024, the decision to acquire FBSolutions takes shape. The transition is not a restart: the office remains the same and operations continue without interruption.
The name and ownership change, but the daily work, accumulated expertise and above all the way projects are approached remain: with seriousness, presence and responsibility.

Thomas Schiavone
He built his career in industrial programming, working on automation systems, plants and customer-site activities while developing strong field experience.
Shareholder & Technical Director
Samuel Sitti
A travelling electromechanical technician with experience gained directly on industrial plants and through operational customer-site work in Italy and abroad.
Alberto and Thomas met while working at FBSolutions. Thomas met Samuel during customer-site activities: first came a professional relationship, then trust built through working together.

A new direction
The decision takes shape to acquire FBSolutions and continue its work, with the goal of growing the organisation without losing the serious and practical way of working built over the years.

Mirai Tech begins
Operations continue without interruption and without changing offices. The name and ownership change, while expertise, customers, projects and field presence continue seamlessly.

Alongside programming and commissioning, we are expanding into robot maintenance, electrical and mechanical work, installations and breakdown support to cover more of our customers' needs.

THE NAME
Mirai means
future.
The name reflects how we want to approach this phase: valuing what we have built without stopping at what we already know how to do.
Looking forward means continuing to learn, broadening our capabilities and building a company able to provide increasingly complete support to industry.
