Travelling Robot Programmer
Programming, commissioning and optimisation of industrial robots on robotic cells at customer sites in Italy and abroad.
Details and applicationCAREERS · MIRAI TECH
We are looking for curious, reliable and practical people who want to grow by working on real industrial automation.
WORKING AT MIRAI
At Mirai Tech we work closely with machines, robots, plants and people.
We are not looking for “perfect” profiles on paper. We value solid technical foundations, reasoning skills, willingness to learn and responsibility at work. Experience matters, but so does how you approach a problem when the solution is not already written.
For many roles the job includes commissioning and travel: we prefer to say it clearly, because it is an important part of technical growth and of how we work.

These are the positions currently open. If none of them fits you, you can still send us an open application.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Automation work requires autonomy, collaboration and a clear head even when a plant does not behave as expected.
Wanting to truly understand how a machine works, rather than settling for the easiest solution.
Analyze a problem, isolate its causes and build a verifiable solution.
Communicate clearly, honor commitments and know when to ask for support.
Work with different customers, technologies and environments, including during commissioning and travel.
SELECTION
Send us your CV and tell us briefly about your experience, skills and what you would like to develop.
If your profile is a good match, we arrange an interview to get to know each other and discuss expectations, availability and technical path.
For technical roles we may discuss practical cases, automation logic or field experience.
When there is a good mutual fit, we define the role, onboarding path and terms together.
OPEN APPLICATION
No formal cover letter is required. Tell us who you are, what you have worked on and what kind of technical path you are looking for.
